I am Julia and I am thrilled that you have made it to my blog where I would love to welcome you into my resin art.
If you had asked me in high school what I wanted to be when I grew up, I probably would have said a model. I incarnated my dream and became model as well as an accountant, interior designer, dancer, fashion blogger. But I always was passionate about painting. Over the years, I have experimented with many different mediums – oil, pastel, acrylic, watercolour. One day I discovered the resin and immediately fell in love.
In August 2020 following my passion for décor and design, I launched Design by Julia - Resin Art as a way to share my resin obsessions. I create functional resin art as a form of visual expression, to transform ordinary homeware into a feast for the eyes.
My cheese boards, coasters, wall clocks and other functional art are designed and created with a focus on sharing and congregating with loved ones. I believe that beautiful décor and thoughtful gifts bring people together and turn little moments into lasting memories.
