Thank you for visiting and shopping at Design by Julia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All our orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. Once your order is placed, we will dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Local delivery for Perth, WA region only

 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Perth region. For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.

 

Deliveries are made from 9am on Monday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

 

In-store pickup for Perth, WA region only

 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at North Lake, Western Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Design by Julia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Design by Julia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
